SIPA
The new site, comprehensive and user friendly
Sipa is an Italian company that manufactures wooden chairs, tables, coffee tables, stools and tops for the contract sector. At Sipa, a passion for wood is combined with pragmatism, reliability and speed-all values that the new site clearly expresses.
More than just a redesign, the new site required a redesign of content, page structure, and browsing experience.
An easy-to-navigate site
To design the new site, we started by identifying how much and what content is useful to those who use it. We defined a new tree structure and rethought the navigation logic to make it functional. With the help of Okcs developers, we built the database structure for autonomous content management and developed the platform in Wordpress. With the Nudesign studio we developed the 3D configurator leveraging the Emersya engine, used by many brands in the mobile world.
The importance of image
In the new site, images are key. That is why we involved art director Beppe Mangia, who emphasized the product by playing with the color theme. Supporting the images is a minimal and functional graphic design, which makes them the protagonists.
People at the center
Today, people browsing Sipa's website easily access detailed product information, viewing all available variants and thus having a clear and precise idea of what the company can offer.
