Friulinox
A fresh and professional communication
Friulinox manufactures professional machines for food refrigeration and preservation. Part of the international Ali Group, among the leaders in the industry of systems and equipment dedicated to the foodservice market, Friulinox felt the need to revise its brand identity.
The work on brand identity is cross-cutting: it starts from the logo to catalogs, digital tools, machine aesthetics and interface graphics
A new identity
For the logo, the goal was to refresh without distorting, with minimal but impactful interventions. While retaining the recognizable elements, the logo looks newer and more readable.
Objective simplicity
It often happens that the design of communication tools turns into a redesign of the architecture of the offering. Together with Friulinox, we reorganized the products by creating two collections that differ in functionality and associated services, Exploit and Ready, which respond to specific needs and ways of working. This reasoning translated into a catalog, the most important sales tool in the industry, that would help agents tell the story of the offering and customers identify the most suitable product and configure it as needed.
Managing a complex system
Numbers, codes, technical drawings. A professional product brings with it a great deal of information, which needs to be constantly updated. To facilitate business work and minimize the possibility of error, we created with the help of XConnection a cloud-based platform for data management and updating. Website, price list and data sheets are automatically updated from a single database.
The design of a professional product
Within the process of machines restyling, we were concerned with the design of the interfaces. Thinking of them as a touchpoint between machine and human, we aimed to improve functionality and optimize the user experience at any level, making graphics simple and intuitive.
In a brand of products for the professional market, attention to aesthetics, at all levels, proves to be a differentiating element.
